Get into your new first home faster with the new NSW stamp duty exemptions. Commencing 1 August 2020 for 12 months, the stamp duty exemption is available to all eligible first home buyers on new properties valued up to $800,000.
In addition, the stamp duty concession threshold will also be raised from $800,000 to $1million and the threshold on vacant land will increase from $350,000 to $400,000.
