Save up to $25,000* by purchasing land at Banyan Hill!
We are excited to announce that Banyan Hill Estate is included in the Land Buyers Subsidy Scheme with the Ballina Shire Council and is available to eligible applicants.
What is the Scheme?
Ballina Shire Council has secured a $5 million grant from the Federal Government’s Building Better Regional Cities (BBRC) program to construct Ballina Heights Drive.
BBRC funding for $4.5 million was also secured in 2012 to undertake development of the Wollongbar Sports Fields that are currently under construction. A condition of this grant was that Council put in place a land buyers’ subsidy scheme for 96 lots over four years on the Wollongbar Urban Release Area (“WUEA”).
The scheme provides a rebate of $25,000 on the purchase price of land to eligible applicants.
The BBRC grant for Ballina Heights Drive requires Council to put in place a land buyers’ subsidy scheme for 120 lots over four years on Ballina Heights Estate and Cumbalum Urban Release Area A. The scheme provides a rebate of $25,000 on the purchase price of land to eligible applicants.
There are limited rebates left and we have only 16 lots available in Banyan Hill Estate. Don’t miss this opportunity – contact Rita today.
